The Russian cargo spacecraft Progress MS-08 approached the International Space Station on February 15, 2018. The moment he flew to the space station for docking was photographed by the ISS crew.
This time, the cargo spacecraft of the Progress series delivered 1390 kg of dry cargo, 890 kg of fuel, 420 kg of water, 46 kg of compressed air and oxygen in cylinders to the ISS, as well as food, clothes, medicines, personal hygiene products for the crew members and special equipment for station repair and future research and experiments.
“Progress MS-08” was launched into space with the help of the Soyuz-2.1a rocket on February 11, 2018 from the Baikonur cosmodrome. The docking with the module “Star” of the space station was made automatically on February 15, 2018.
