- Put a palm at the base of the neck, fixing the skin, but not pressing;
- Raise your head up, tugging your chin as hard as you can;
- pull out your lips with a tube, like for a kiss;
- Do the exercise seven times, on the seventh hold in the position of “kiss” for seven to ten seconds;

- Place your index fingers on the outer corners of the eyes, and the middle ones on the inner corners. look straight ahead. Do not press your fingers on your eyelids too much, but only slightly press to fix the position of the skin;
- raise your eyes and squint for one or two seconds;
- relax your eyes.
