Cheese cream soup with chicken and beans: a recipe for a family dinner

Ingredients:

  • Cakes – 5 pcs. (cut into thin long strips)
  • Olive oil – 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp. l.
  • Bulb – 1 pc. (slice)
  • Garlic – 1 tablespoon (grind)
  • Red pepper – 1 (cut into)
  • Corn – 1/2 cup
  • Chicken broth – 5 cups
  • Tomato paste – 1 can
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp.
  • Chile – 1.25 tsp.
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
  • Sugar – 1,25 tsp.
  • Hot sauce – 3/4 tsp.
  • Flour – 4 tsp.
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Boiled chicken – 2.5 cups
  • Cream – 1/2 cup (oily)
  • Sour cream – 1/4 cup
  • Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup
  • Beans – 1/2 cup
  • Cilantro – 1/4 cup

Preparation:

  1. Preheat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a deep frying pan.
  2. Put slices of cake into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until they are crispy.
  3. Dry the crackers with a paper towel and set aside.
  4. Fry the onion until clear in a deep saucepan with two tablespoons of oil, add garlic, corn and pepper. Simmer for about two minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth, tomato paste, salt, chili, black pepper and hot sauce to the pan.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil, lower the heat and cook the soup for another 15 minutes.
  7. Mix the flour with water in a separate container, then pour into a saucepan and cook for 4 more minutes.
  8. Add chicken, cheese, cream, sour cream and beans.
  9. Bring the soup to a boil.
  10. Serve with croissants and cilantro.
